Biography
I value and take great pride in being able to help people achieve. As a person who likes to support others on their journey, whatever it may be, it is not surprising that for nearly thirty years I worked in the field of education. I was a teacher and then became a school counselor. Along the way, I mentored other educators; created & presented a lot of professional development for staff; served on countless committees & leadership teams; and made an impact in the lives of countless children & adults.
I am no longer in the field of education. I decided to leave my comfort zone and put my years of experience to use in another support profession: coaching. I recently completed my training program. I currently work for Rogers Behavioral Health as a Lead Coach for their Coaching for Success Project which is allowing me the opportunity to improve upon their original pilot program and co-lead the new cohorts in my area. In the very near future, I plan on starting a small coaching practice.
I am married and have five children, three grandchildren and four dogs.
