Biography
I earned my life coaching certification from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential holder through the ICF. I also earned my Relationship Coaching Specialist (RCS) certificate from the Institute for Life Coach Training and my Conscious Business Coach certificate through BetterUp Coaching. My coaching is informed by my years of mindfulness training, and my clients benefit from the many tools I have learned to help them articulate their passions and needs to themselves and to those around them. I am also proud to be a part of two great organizations. I am a long-time board member and volunteer for Eyes of Hope, Stoughton, Inc. This organization helps to support youth programs in Stoughton and amplify youth’s voices for our community and beyond. It is in working with youth that I feel most inspired for our planet’s future and resilience. When youth get in touch with their confidence and future steps, they can shape the world. The second organization is the Wisconsin’s chapter of the International Coaching Federation Professional Development committee. I enjoy helping to plan and organize speakers to continue coaching credits with regular educational events. This is a great way to stay informed and promote growth for coaches who feel as passionately as I do about the effects of coaching in the world. Please consider joining our committee!
