This will be a moderated discussion with Angie Holleran of ICF Global discussing the credential process and the new ICF Credentialing Exam. Jonathan Reitz, MCC and ICF Assessor will speak about what they look for in successful recorded coaching sessions submitted to the ICF credentialing


Learning Objectives:
  • Preparing for the ICF Credentialing Exam.
    How recordings are assessed.
  • Tips on how to do the recording for ICF credentialing.
  • Best practices for reviewing your own recordings
  • Walking through TOMMS
  • Common pitfalls to avoid
Participants will earn .5 Core Competency and .5 Resource Development CCEs for attending. There is an optional 30 minute Q&A after the presentation.



Angie Holleran
 is the Regional Development Manager for the NALAC team that is a part of the ICF Professional Coaches Family. She joined ICF in September 2010 where she was a member of the Credentialing team as a Credentialing Coordinator. She has extensive experience with the Credentialing process, including renewals and PCC markers. She rose within the department to be the Assessor Manager. In April 2021, Angie became the Regional Development Manager and supports the Northeast and Southeast Regions of North America. 









Jonathan Reitz, MCC, ACTC
 is FLUXIFY's Director for Training/CEO. Jonathan holds the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential and the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) in the International Coaching Federation.   He’s also the co-founder of the Team Coaching Global Alliance, and a top-rated speaker at the World Business and Executive Coaches Summit (WBECS).  Jonathan serves on the ICF's Artificial Intelligence Task Force, and has been a subject matter expert for the development of the Team Coaching Competencies.  He's also the former President of the ICF's Cleveland Charter Chapter.

 

He wrote Coaching Hacks: Simple Strategies to Make Every Conversation More Effective.  Jonathan is a member of the faculty in the Weatherhead School of Management Coaching Program at Case Western Reserve University.  Jonathan lives in Cleveland, Ohio with his wife Joy and daughter Julia.
