Happy Summer, ICF Wisconsin!
I hope you’re enjoying these beautiful summer days and finding moments to rest, recharge, and reflect. Isn’t it wild how quickly the year is flying by? As we reach the halfway point of 2025, it’s a natural time to pause and ask: Am I where I want to be in my coaching journey?
No matter where you find yourself—gaining momentum, shifting focus, or starting fresh—please know that ICF Wisconsin is here for you. We’re committed to walking alongside you in every season of your professional and personal growth.
Let’s Spread a Little Summer Kindness
I’m excited to share a summer challenge inspired by ICF New Jersey: the Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) Challenge—and Wisconsin, TAG, you’re it!
Here’s how to join in:
- Complete three (3) Random Acts of Kindness between now and September 2025
- Capture the moment: snap a photo, jot down a few reflections, or simply share how it felt
- Post on social media using the hashtags #ICFNJ, #Kindness, and #ICFWI
- Or, email your story by responding this email-we want to hear about your experiences
Whether it’s offering a compliment, sharing a helpful resource, or bringing someone a smile when they need it most—your kindness matters. These small moments create big ripple effects, not just in our coaching communities, but far beyond.
Did you know that the emotional impact of a single random act of kindness can last up to eight hours—for both the giver and the receiver? That’s a lot of feel-good energy we can spread just by showing up with heart.
If, like me, you sometimes look at the world and think, “I wish we could be a little kinder to each other,” this is a beautiful way to start.
Click here to download the "TAG! You're It!" card to help track and share your kindness.
Let’s show the world what it looks like when coaches lead with empathy, generosity, and intention.
How does kindness show up in your coaching? I’d love to hear.
With gratitude and joy,
Jen Farley, PCC
President, ICF Wisconsin
