ICF Wisconsin Ignite Coaching Program
For leaders of non-profit organizations
ICF Wisconsin Chapter is offering no cost individual coaching to a small group of non-profit leaders in 2024. This opportunity is made possible through the generous donation of services from ICF Wisconsin coaches.
What is professional coaching?

Who are the coaches?
The coaches are members of ICF Wisconsin and credentialed as Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) or Master Certified Coach (MCC). All ICF Credential holders complete rigorous education and practice requirements, providing testimony to their commitment to excellence in coaching.
What do we expect from you, the leader?
- Commit to all coaching sessions with their individual ICF Coach.
- Follow through with any actions agreed upon during the coaching session.
- Complete an anonymous survey when coaching is completed.
