With more than three decades of experience leading across industries and cultures, I support leaders in developing inclusive environments and more effectively navigate, attract, and retain the diverse workforce of today.
Greta brings a unique mix of experience in corporate, higher education, nonprofit, and research environments, within which she has led cross-functional teams that consistently exceeded goals and expectations for over 30 years. She has led needs assessment and strategic planning efforts to identify organizational opportunities and challenges, integrated DEI throughout systems and processes, and co-created plans to address needs in alignment with mission, vision, and goals.
Her experience also includes establishing and maintaining broad networks of working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, within and across organizations. The lens through which she approaches her work in organizations is deeply informed by more than a decade working primarily for and alongside marginalized communities, particularly with culturally and socio-economically diverse populations. She leverages all of this today through her own business as a strategic partner to organizations and individuals.
The focus of Greta Lax LLC is supporting organizations and individuals to understand and expand their lens on the world and build impact by providing leadership and intercultural development to build more equitable and inclusive environments for greater success. With an educational foundation including six years of graduate training in industrial organizational psychology, Greta is also a Certified Diversity ProfessionalⓇ, Certified Executive Coach, a Certified Diversity-to-Belonging Facilitator, and a Qualified Administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory.
Greta’s services include leadership and intercultural development coaching, and consulting and facilitation for more equitable, inclusive leaders, teams, and environments.
