Biography
Martha Beck and coaching came to me years ago while I was struggling with chronic back pain, depression, anxiety, and lack of balance between work and the rest of my life. I credit coaching and the Wayfinder Life Coach Training to the dramatically healthier version of myself I am today. I have 'been' a number of things throughout my life: sociology/history student, organic vegetable farmer, at-risk youth counselor, caregiver to the dying and differently-abled, local foods activist, and nurse. I'm a proud father of a beautiful 25yo daughter who shares my love of teaching and adventuring outdoors. Helping others align their lives with their essential selves through coaching is the most enjoyable way I can imagine to fulfill my life's purpose.
