Biography
Amy Krymkowski, PCC, is an executive and career coach and the founder of Better Path Coaching. She works primarily with accomplished women navigating career and life transitions, whether they feel stuck in work they've outgrown, are stepping into a bigger leadership role, or are ready to redefine what success means to them.
Amy's coaching centers on alignment: helping clients reconnect their strengths, values, and energy with work that fits who they are now. Known for her warm, direct, and reflective style, she helps clients gain the clarity and confidence to move forward with intention. She offers 1:1 career transition and executive coaching, as well as her Career Alignment Intensive, a focused experience for those who want clarity and a plan.
A certified Integral Coach® with additional training in group coaching, Amy brings a background in human resources, performance management, and outplacement, giving her an insider's view of career transition. She also designs and facilitates workshops, leadership cohorts, and group experiences on career development and alignment for companies and membership organizations, with partners including Veolia North America, ISACA, Chief, and SHATTR. In addition, she leads a private virtual community for women in midlife who are intentionally designing what comes next.
