Biography
Using a variety of methodologies combined with curiosity, compassion, and space to dream and explore, I help my clients move purposefully towards their goals, even while navigating the inevitable challenges and changes in life with less stress and more ease and flow, so they can thrive.
I have more than 25 years of experience transforming lives and communities with non-profits and higher education. I also bring a global perspective fostered through studying, living, and working in the United States and Europe and traveling extensively on five continents. I hold a professional coaching certification from the University of Wisconsin Certified Professional Coach Program (UWCPC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I also have a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.Sc. in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability from Blekinge Institute of Technology in Karlskrona, Sweden.
When not coaching, you can find me exploring new places near and far, growing food, paddling, hiking, or tucked in a cozy spot with a good book.
