Biography
Sarah partners with clients to establish personal and professional goals, then provides the space to move forward and the accountability to stay on track. Her coaching style is one of co-creating sessions that allow clients to go deep quickly, identify obstacles and challenges, and then focus on strategies to move forward toward the established goals. She brings a calm, expansive presence to sessions, along with a gentle sense of humor, a deep knowledge base of non-profit and church systems, decades of experience in managing change, and an expertise in moving through conflict.
When she’s not coaching, you can find her gardening, parenting, knitting, cooking, reading, and running. She believes that everyone should have at least one really hard thing to work on at any given moment - currently hers is economic justice as volunteer program advocate for an initiative called Restorative Actions (restorativeactions.org). She lives in Wisconsin with her spouse, two nearly adult children, a cat named Dumbledore and a dog named Fitch.
