As the President of EllenCoaching, a premier leadership development firm, she has become a sought-after speaker, coach, and consultant, renowned for her ability to inspire and transform leaders.
With a Master's Degree in Career Counseling and certifications as an Executive and Leadership Development Coach, Career Management Coach, Personal Branding Strategist, and Mindfulness Management Coach, Ellen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work. Ellen has also held leadership roles as the Director of Career Services at Edgewood College (Madison, WI) and Lake Forest College (Lake Forest, IL), two renowned liberal arts institutions, and has been sought after as a consultant to design and execute career management services for various organizations.
