Biography
My professional and personal life are grounded by my higher purpose of deepening awareness and serving as a catalyst for personal and global transformation. My vision is to empower women to create a future they desire. In pursuing that vision, my focus every day is on providing transformational coaching and learning experiences that inspire women to own their power, make meaningful changes in their lives, and thrive.
I have provided coaching to diverse clients ranging from stay-at-home moms, social workers, artists, and small business owners to healthcare professionals, non-profit directors, educators, and government officials.
My years in the public, private, non-profit and education sectors, as well as my experiences traveling in the U.S. and internationally, have inspired a desire for getting to know people, understanding what they feel passionate about, and hearing what is important to them. What I has found is that no matter the community or country, we are all more alike than we are different, and those similarities and differences are something to enjoy and celebrate.
I am formally trained as a professional coach and hold a Professional Certified Coach credential through the International Coaching Federation. I hold a B.S. in Human Resource Management and an M.S. in Management and Organizational Behavior.
My coaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that you are creative, resourceful, and whole. You have the answers you need within you. You have what it takes to create the life you desire.
My core values of Presence, Relevance, Abundance Mindset, Healthy Living, and Integrity serve as the foundation from which I engage with you.
My coach approach is values and strengths-based. When you are grounded in your values and strengths, there is clarity, a sense of purpose, confidence, and an ease to decision making. It’s easier to recognize when you’re out of alignment and to then get back on track.
