Biography
Tina Crave is a positive psychology consultant, leadership coach, and former healthcare executive who helps people become the leaders others are inspired to follow. Combining executive experience with evidence-based research on flourishing and high-performing teams, she helps leaders navigate change, elevate performance, and create workplaces where both people and results thrive.
Tina is especially passionate about serving two groups: emerging leaders preparing for larger leadership roles and senior executives seeking to renew their energy, rediscover fulfillment, and sustain exceptional performance over the long term.
Tina is a Certified Leadership and Performance Coach through ACT Leadership in partnership with Brown University. In addition to a Master of Business Administration, Crave holds a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the renowned program at the University of Pennsylvania. Her graduate research focused on Leader Vitality—how leaders can sustain the energy, resilience, and leader behaviors that ultimately drive the conditions for high-performing teams to flourish.
