About Ruba
Ruba is a client-centered, ICF certified life coach. She focuses on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their values, strengths, and goals. Ruba strongly believes that people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole, capable of designing the life they truly want.
Her love for coaching is driven by her belief that coaching helps people reconnect with their inner clarity, strengths, and purpose.
Ruba is most passionate about women empowerment as she holds a Master's degree in Women Studies and a certificate from Yale School of Management: Women's Leadership Program: Leading with Power and Influence 2025.
Ruba has led and planned hundreds of workshops for women with a focus on wellness and empowerment. She is now expanding into more focused small groups, 1:1 coaching, and Clarity Quest retreats.
Outside of coaching, Ruba enjoys nature, hiking, beach walks, sunsets, and colorful skies.
