Biography
I partner with clients to clearly identify challenges and emerge together solutions that are strength-based approaches to invite sustainable growth for the individual and collectively when working with groups.
I'm grateful for more than three decades of experience in guiding individuals, teams, organizations, and communities through professional training, facilitation, speaking and coaching [personal-life coaching, group coaching with women, individual leadership coaching, and team coaching].
My bachelor's degree in Community Health and master's in Organizational Leadership is a unique combination that creates a wholistic approach to how individual wellbeing influences our ability to lead ourselves and others well.
Rooted in Appreciative Inquiry, I authored and designed a resource to facilitate culture conversations: the table principles™. These ten interactive, no-cost behaviors transform how we show up in conversations: essential because we shift culture norms one conversation at a time. This resilience boosting resource offers strategies that tend to both human and business sustainability.
My certifications with International Coaching Federation and as a Gall Up Certified Strengths® Coach, and a commitment to ongoing professional and personal development are foundational to my practice [sitting for my PCC level soon]. Together with my clients we create environments, experiences, and experiments that fuel practical action to expand capacity, clarity, connection, and courage in how we lead, live and love!
