A Farewell and a Warm Welcome to New Beginnings!
Dear ICF Wisconsin Members,
As my two-year term as President of ICF Wisconsin comes to a close, I find myself filled with immense gratitude for the incredible journey we've shared. It has been an absolute honor and privilege to serve this vibrant community of coaching professionals.
These past two years have been marked by remarkable collaboration, unwavering support, and a deep sense of connection. Together, we've achieved significant milestones in supporting the credentialing of our members and providing ongoing professional development opportunities.
I am incredibly proud of our chapter committee leads and members and the strides we've made in:
- Initiating a chapter Special Interest Group (SIG) focused on credentialing, expertly led by Pat Barone, MCC: This valuable resource provides support and guidance to members pursuing ICF credentials, further strengthening our commitment to coaching excellence.
- Ongoing professional development monthly offerings: By fostering a culture of continuous learning, we empower our members to thrive in their coaching practices.
- Successfully launching the Ignite program, providing pro bono coaching to non-profit leaders: This initiative has not only made a tangible difference in the lives of these leaders but also showcased the power of coaching to drive positive social change.
None of this would have been possible without the dedication and passion of our chapter leaders and members. Your willingness to step up, share your expertise, and contribute to our collective growth has been truly inspiring.
As I pass the torch, I am thrilled to welcome our incoming President, Jen Farley, and the 2025 Board of Directors. Jen is a leader with a deep commitment to our chapter's mission, and I have no doubt that she will guide ICF Wisconsin to even greater heights. Please join me in extending your warmest welcome and support to Jen and the new board.
While my time as President is ending, I'll be around for another year as Past President, supporting Jen and the board in their new roles. I look forward to continuing to serve our chapter and connect with all of you.
Thank you for the trust you placed in me and for the opportunity to serve as your President. I am confident that the future of ICF Wisconsin is bright, and I look forward to continuing to connect with you all as a fellow member.
With gratitude and joy-
Katie Drescher MCC. ESIA, SP
