Running a coaching practice is a meaningful commitment—and you don’t have to do it alone. Join us on the first Thursday of each month*, 8:00–9:00 a.m. CST, for a supportive discussion space designed to help coaches strengthen both their presence and the business side of their practice. Each session includes a focused topic, breakout conversations with coaching questions tied to the content, collegial support, and a group debrief. Whether you attend regularly or drop in occasionally, you’ll find encouragement, insight, and practical tools to sustain and grow your coaching journey.
Facilitated by Nancy Kalsow, PCC. Nancy has been an ICF certified coach for six years and is currently serving as ICF WI Board Secretary. She is the founder of Kalsow Coaching and The REAL Framework™.

November 5th: How Is AI Shaping Your Coaching Business?
In this mastermind session, we’ll explore how artificial intelligence is influencing the coaching profession and how we, as coaches, can integrate it responsibly, creatively, and in alignment with our values. Participants will share how they are currently using AI in their coaching work, what excites them about its potential, and what uncertainties or concerns they’re navigating as the technology continues to evolve.
We’ll also highlight key insights from the ICF Artificial Intelligence Coaching Framework and Standards, including ethics, confidentiality, bias mitigation, and maintaining a coaching mindset when leveraging AI tools.
This conversation will help us gear up for the professional panel of speakers coming in February, ensuring we enter that dialogue informed, grounded, and ready to contribute meaningfully to the broader conversation about AI in coaching.
