Join ua via zoom on April 10, 17, 24 from 12:00-1:00pm CST to discuss the book "Imposter No More" by Jill Stoddard, PhD.

This book offers a compassionate roadmap for those battling feelings of inadequacy and self-doubt, offering a guiding light towards reclaiming their worth and embracing authenticity. Through relatable stories and insightful strategies, Stoddard unpacks the inner workings of imposterism and equips readers with practical tools to silence their inner critic and step boldly into their true selves. For coaches, learn practical skills for helping clients discover their incredible potential.

We'll discuss the first six chapters on April 10. 
You are welcome to register for any or all of the virtual discussions.

Participants will earn 1 Resource Development CCEs for attending each book discussion session.

We are exited that the author will be joining us for the last session on April 24.

Meet the author:
Dr. Jill Stoddard is passionate about sharing her expertise in psychology to help women flourish in their work and health. She is an international and TEDx speaker, award-winning former professor, three-time book author, licensed psychologist, coach, and co-host of the Psychologists Off the Clock podcast which is ranked in the top .5% worldwide. Dr. Stoddard is an entrepreneur who founded Flexible Communications, LLC, in Massachusetts, and The Center for Stress and Anxiety Management in California. Her books have been translated into more than a dozen languages and include: The Big Book of ACT Metaphors; Be Mighty; and Imposter No More. Her thoughts have also appeared in the Washington Post, New York Times, Woman’s World, Today.com, Psychology Today, Scary Mommy, Thrive Global, The Good Men Project, Mindful Return, The Boston Globe, and more. She regularly appears on podcasts and as an expert source for various media outlets. She lives in Newburyport, MA with her husband, two kids, and disobedient French Bulldog. 

Book Discussion Facilitator:
Lacey Heward
is an ICF ACC coach, ICF Wisconsin Professional Development Committee member and Wisconsin Peer Support Specialist. She is building her practice in Health Transitions, supporting people through their "new normal" with health crises. Heward is also a disability awareness advocate and public speaker. She is passionate about Universal Design and access for all. In her past life (her 20s), Heward is a Paralympic Alpine Downhill ski racer and medalist. When she's not working, Heward enjoys riding her mountain bike with her husband and her dog baby, Ella. She also loves to read, crochet, exercise, and write songs with her guitar.
