About our speaker:
Inga Bielinska is a Master Certified Coach, certified team coach by both ICF (ACTC) and EMCC (ITCA), as well as a business trainer, ICF mentor coach, and ESIA coach supervisor. She works globally with clients undergoing both organizational and individual change, helping them navigate challenges such as managing remote and culturally diverse teams, communication issues, conflicts, or transitioning from management to executive positions.
As a team coach, Inga supports teams that struggle with communication, managing internal and external processes, and handling conflicts. She helps them develop mission statements, visions, and roadmaps to success. Throughout her career, she has gained hands-on experience as a managing partner, business owner, consultant, and board member in non-profit organizations, which gives her practical insight into the challenges of a corporate career. Inga’s experience working in various countries deepens her understanding of cultural diversity and its impact on managing teams, collaborating, and communicating with clients.
Currently based in Silicon Valley, California, she globally supports engineers and leaders in facing the challenges of fast-paced VUCA environments. Inga is also a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and the Newsweek Expert Forum, where she shares her expertise with the community and through articles. She has written two books in Polish for leaders and co-authored several others in both Polish and English on leadership, coaching, and coaching supervision.
