The ICF credentialing process can be challenging! You might expect that from any credential which is recognized worldwide as the gold standard of coaching and represents a profession which has grown exponentially over the past 40 years.
We created this SIG to answer your burning questions about the three credentials and their requirements, as well as offer support navigating to your next ICF credential.
Each call will highlight at least one of the ICF Core Competencies and bring awareness to what distinguishes the handling of that competency at each level (ACC, PCC, MCC).

Coaching since 2001, Pat achieved her ICF PCC credential in 2006 and her MCC in 2011. She helps coaches navigate the credentialing process and expand their mastery of the art of coaching, as well as a coaching a wide array of leaders and young managers to their fulfill their potential.
She served ICF Wisconsin as Program Chair in 2005, President in 2006, At-Large Member of the Board in 2007-2009 and Outreach/Website Chair in 2013.
