This is your opportunity to practice coaching with fellow Learning Community members through triad coaching.
In these highly interactive sessions, attendees will be randomly divided into groups of 3 and meet in zoom breakout rooms where one coach takes the role of coach, the 2nd the role of client and the 3rd the role of observer. The 'coach" will coach the "client" for 15 minutes followed by a debrief from the observer. The team will then shift and take new roles and complete another round of coaching, followed by another debrief by the observer.
