Cella Hartline has an extensive history working in Healthcare for nearly 40 years. A registered nurse by trade, she has held multiple leadership roles throughout her career. As a professional coach, Cella has coached many including: one on one, couples, employee, leadership and administrative teams. As a public speaker and workshop facilitator, Cella brings a unique combination of humor and motivation, creating an engaging and interactive training style. Cella was most recently named 2018 Outstanding Educator through the National Rural Health Association.
Cella has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing through Viterbo University and her certification in Professional Life Coaching through the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She is a PCC (Professional Credentialed Coach) through the International Coach Federation.
Steve Hartline’s career life has been centered on relationship building. Having served over 30 years in management, the focus was always on the people. A large part of his responsibility was to attract, train and then retain or promote quality high performing individuals. In his most recent years, Steve changed careers to match his desire to give back to others, working now with people who have dementia. Patience, tolerance, and meeting people where they are at is a strong suit for him.
Recently, Steve joined Enlightened Way: New Day as a business partner with his wife Cella. In this venture, he has been instrumental in the development of criteria for relationship/couples’ coaching. Beside couples life coaching, Steve also co-facilitates workshops for couples and enjoys coaching one on one clients with various challenges.
Steve received his certification in Professional Life Coaching through the University of Wisconsin Extension Services – Madison and is ACC credentialed through the International Coaching Federation.
Mary Ann has a BS in Human Services with a Social Work Concentration, earned her Professional Life Coach Certification from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and is PCC certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF). For most of her career, Mary Ann’s work has been centered around community and relationship building. For 20+ years, she worked for Sauk Prairie Schools in various leadership roles and served as the Community Education Director for over 10 of those years. Her love of community continues as she currently serves on the Sauk Prairie School Board as Treasurer.
As a Professional Life Coach, Mary Ann’s practice centers around helping people find their own “True North” by empowering individuals and groups to discover what’s getting in the way of creating a more meaningful, less stressful life. From a mindfulness perspective, she helps her clients discover how to maneuver successfully through relationships and to gain awareness of their gifts and ultimately reach the outer limits of their potential.
