I am a Life & Leadership Coach and Organization/Leadership Development Consultant with more than 25 years of experience. As an expert and practitioner in the field of adult development, I am adept at using a variety of tools and frameworks in individual, team, or organizational development practices.
My areas of expertise include performance management, employee engagement, culture change, conflict management, team, and interpersonal effectiveness.
As a consultant, I have a strong track record for helping clients move quickly to clarify goals and create plans for accountability and goal attainment. Bringing you my knowledge and expertise in the areas of organization development, leader development, and coaching, my approach is always grounded in a process for defining, aligning, and achieving results.
I coach leaders at all levels. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) I am accomplished at assisting individuals and teams in advancing their capabilities through self-discovery, development, and the practice of expanded beliefs and new behaviors.
