Biography

Consulting and Business Experience

I am a Life & Leadership Coach and Organization/Leadership Development Consultant with more than 25 years of experience. As an expert and practitioner in the field of adult development, I am adept at using a variety of tools and frameworks in individual, team, or organizational development practices.

My areas of expertise include performance management, employee engagement, culture change, conflict management, team, and interpersonal effectiveness.

As a consultant, I have a strong track record for helping clients move quickly to clarify goals and create plans for accountability and goal attainment. Bringing you my knowledge and expertise in the areas of organization development, leader development, and coaching, my approach is always grounded in a process for defining, aligning, and achieving results.

Coaching Experience

I coach leaders at all levels. As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) I am accomplished at assisting individuals and teams in advancing their capabilities through self-discovery, development, and the practice of expanded beliefs and  new behaviors.

My why? Moving you from being frustrated and stuck, to identifying and achieving the results you really want.

Whether your goals are personal or professional, I will partner with you on your path to attaining the results you really want. Together, we will establish and ensure that identified outcomes are clearly connected to what you, your team, or your organization truly care about. Having measures of success doesn’t mean we cannot be agile or flexible in the process. The process you need and the process we use is the one that ultimately fits you!

Personal and professional success can be elevated when greater awareness, appreciation and practice of new behaviors occurs. Transformation occurs when you find yourself living and leading from a set of core values, leaning on your unique strengths, abilities, and passions to create the self, work, or life, you really want.

Are you ready now?
