2021 Business Planning with Bob Klimko

In 2010 Alexander Osterwalder and Yves Pigneur wrote Business Model Generation, creating the Business Canvas Model.  The model was co-created by 470 business model practitioners from forty-five countries to consolidate the best thinking on business models.

This session will discuss the basic principles of the Business Canvas Model and its nine interrelated components.  Participants will learn the basic steps to consider when developing a model for their own coaching business. The Business Canvas Model provides users a snapshot at the important elements of their business.  This straight-forward approach shows business professionals critical and related aspects of their business that must work together for your business to be successful.

The book is called Business Model Generation, published by Wiley and can be found at standard book stores or online if participants would like access to the materials.
