Biography

Steve's perspective for Coaching is shaped from nearly fifty years of work experience. Paper route at eleven, detassling corn at thirteen, and then Supermarket at fifteen. Thirty three years in all at the Supermarket. Steve worked his way through the ranks to become the Store Manager. His ability to have empathetic views of positive business culture come from real life working experience at all levels.
Having a servants 'heart, Steve desired to give back to the community. He went to school and became a Certified Nursing Assistant. He took a position as a Resident Aide at the Pine Villa Memory Care in Prairie du Sac. During his seven years there, he developed deep bonds with the residents and their family members.
Steve continued his professional development by attending the University of Wisconsin Professional Life Coaching Certification course. Upon successful completion and credentialing through the International Coaching Federation, Steve joined his wife Cella PCC, in her established Coaching business Enlightened Way:New Day.

Steve coaches "one on one" as well as Couples Coaching with Cella.
We also facilitate monthly workshops and business presentations.
Relationship is the core of Steve's Coaching.
When not Coaching, you are likely to find Steve in the Japanese Garden, fishing at the lake, on a hike, or anything in nature.
Steve is also a Member of the Circles U.S.A. volunteer group in SaukPrairie, which aims to lower poverty by 10% in 10 years.
